As a business develops, the analysis and assessment of management information and the introduction of reliable control systems become progressively more important for the company to thrive and grow. The experience required, for example, to manage cash flow or to raise finance from third parties is commonly not available internally within young and growing businesses. We are able to fulfil such a financial management role until the business has the need and resources to engage a full time professional.
