AUDITING

Passmore Weeks & Richardson works closely with clients in order to conduct audits speedily and efficiently with the minimum of disruption. To help achieve this end and ensure compliance with regulations, we make full use of approved documentation and computer packages.

We use an annual audit as an opportunity to review how a business is performing and to discuss the results and progress with the directors.

In addition to the audit of limited companies as required by the Companies Act, we have the expertise to conduct audits required by the regulatory authorities of other entities such as Charities, Pension Funds, Businesses regulated by the PIA, Solicitors, etc. Other types of work include circulation audits for magazines and other publications reporting to the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
